Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by possibly answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information accurately.
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed.
- Manage and maintain the Google or Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Help organize three companies and personal life to accomplish a more orgainize work schedule.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in the contstruction industry is preferable.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions as needed.
