You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers Leads will be provide in addition to communicating with previous prospects Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide a positive customer experience Requirements Have a current Property & Casualty insurance license.
MUST HAVE Undergraduate Degree or Proven track record of Successful Sales Experience!! 1 Year Prior Sales or Customer Service Experience.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Career-minded vision.
Driven, goal-oriented and dependable individual.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
